Onus on Pakistan

The horrible massacre of 132 schoolchildren and some others by Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) reflects Pakistan’s consistent failure in tackling terror. This particular incident was clearly a retribution to the army’s Zarb-e-Azb operation against the jihadi militants but which has also killed a large but unknown number of civilians.

Unless and until Pakistan does not devise a practicable and massive counter-terrorism apparatus with maximum public support, operations like Zarb-e-Azb will only yield bitter fruits like the recent school massacre.
