There seems no limit to how far Israel will go to disregard world opinion; what will it do next?

Which country today can brush aside credible accusations of war crimes, carry out a cross-border criminal enterprise involving murder and passport fraud, offend its most important regional ally and reduce its most steadfast friend – whose benediction is vital to its survival – to handwringing despair? And all this in the space of a few months, while strutting the world stage accusing a strategically located country in the neighbourhood of violating international law?

Israel’s recent rogue conduct may seem unexceptional when assessed against its history of six decades. But in the quickening tempo of its criminality, there are symptoms of a new crisis confronting the Zionist state. And in that lie untold dangers for the world.
