Textiles: After the MFA

After the MFA Reforming the textile and apparel industry and its many structural distortions figured prominently in policy discourse in the years leading up to the dismantling of quotas under the Multi-fibre Agreement (MFA) and continue to do so in the months subsequent to its demise last January. Nearly a year after quota barriers on textile imports into the developed countries have been more or less lifted
