Some Concerns on Indo-US Deal

Two criticisms of the Indo-US deal on cooperation on nuclear power are that it will adversely affect India's ability to maintain a 'minimum nuclear deterrent' and that it is inadvisable to separate the civilian from military nuclear facilities. Both fears do not have any basis.
