Emerging Corporate Board Practices

Partly as a result of regulatory pressures and partly out of the desire to benchmark corporate governance practices, corporate India has been making steady progress in this area. This survey of the structural aspects of board functioning indicates that while the overall trend is positive, substantial progress needs to be made in several key areas.
