Constitutional Crisis in Sri Lanka

It is the tragedy of Sri Lanka that its Sinhala majority can never agree on a common platform to deal with the Tamil issue. The LTTE is of course in a happy position. For if the peace process collapses it will have been proved right in doubting the government's commitment to keeping the process alive.
