Re-Figuring Literary Cultural Historiography
Historiography IT is widely recognised that there have been, in recent years, deep-reaching transformations in the scope and practice of literary studies as well as of historiography, A number of critical and self-reflexive trends have emerged in both disciplines and led to an erosion of disciplinary boundaries and a re-examination of hitherto well-established conceptual spaces and theoretical objects. The reasons for these transformations are diverse and may be located as importantly without the academy as within it.
