Strictly for the Gullible

MUCH is being made of the US decision to ban Harkat-ul-Ansar, among other terrorist organisations, which is being trumpeted by Indian diplomats and the media as a vindication of New Delhi's stand. They feel that Washington has indirectly indicted Pakistan, and hope that this will choke the flow of funds from the US to the terrorist groups operating in Kashmir since US citizens are now debarred from giving financial or any other aid to these banned organisations.
