That such demands are not being put forward even by the women's wing suggests that I here is need to radically change the perceptions of women themselves about their work both inside and outside the home. That their domestic burdens be recognised in the workplace and accommodation made for it is a legitimate demand which will go a long way towards according recognition to women as contributors to the nation's economy.
