A powerful leadership both m government and industry would be requital to manage tins change and lake the economy successfully onto an upward growih path. A seminar focusing on 'Business Response to Changing Environment', held recently during March 13-15, 1996 at Ahmedabad. was timely and opportune. This was the second in the series of seminars on entrepieiieuiship initiated by the r.nuvpronciitship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad. The first seminar titled 'New Initiatives in Entrepreneurship" was held in 1994.
