Their earnest efforts to bring out beautifully the stimulating and salutary service of Thavathiru Kundrakudi Adigalar in terms of promoting development and challenging the dragon of" communalism to establish social harmony deserve due credit The writers could have pointed out the truths that the spiritual sage was a child of the age of the scientific and altruistic humanism and his life is a remarkable repudiation of the ridicule directed at theistic humanism that it is sterilising and stilling by students and intellectuals who boast of being ardent admirers and faithful followers of Berlrand Russell and Karl Marx, Jawaharlal Nehru and E V Ramasami Naickar.
