Originally promoted by Pran Arora, Rajiv Arora and Sanjeev Arora, the company's products, which it markets under the brand name 'Oxford', have reportedly been well received in the international markets especially the US, the UK, Germany and Russia, lb part finance the new venture which is being set up jointly with Sukhchain Oils and Fats, the flagship company of the Sukhchain group, Ritesh Industries plans to tap the capital market on February 7 with a public issue of 39,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 5 per share.
