How all those in India, Pakistan and in other countries who wish to maintain peace in the subcontinent, help contain the explosive situation created by the efforts of Pakistan's ISI to promote militancy and riots in India and restore normalcy in Kashmir valley can best do so is a question that needs to be considered very carefully.
