Whistling in the Dark IT would not be wide of the mark to say that the authorities are sitting on a volcano of macro-economic instability and possible hyperinflation. But judging by their actions, they do not seem to be aware of this. Worse, the framework of their economic policies leaves them with very limited options in dealing with the situation.
