cent (Rs 3.75 per share, pro rata for nine months) against 40 per cent (Rs 4 per share) in the previous year. These results, the best ever, are due to improvement in production, productivity, operating efficiency, product-mix and qual- ity of products recorded in all divisions of the company. Exports for the nine-month period were Rs 69.91 crore as against Rs 59.27 crore in the previous year, representing an increase of about 60 per cent on an annualised basis.
