parties sincerely interested in empowering the poor would have to put in hard labour through their own cadres and explain to the potential beneficiaries how to avoid the mousetraps set up by the rich. Such cadres should live with poor, share their sufferings and difficulties, gather experience of the intricacies of the rural exploitative system, gain confidence of the poor and advise them on correct political and other action. Of course, such organisations would face the problem of raising a highly motivated cadre.
