IN THE CAPITAL MARKET Incorporated Engineers INCORPORATED ENGINEERS is entering the capital market with an issue of 26 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par. Out of the issue, 8 lakh equity shares have been reserved for firm allotment to the promoters, Indian resident directors, their friends and relatives. The issue will open on March 6 and will close on March 16 or earlier but not earlier than March 9.
