Yet another interesting finding reported in the case relates to the views of owners about interest rates: "Interest rate is of less importance to them than the terms of the loans" (p 392). Owners preferred longer repayment period. Also, "getting their loans quickly also seemed to be more important to them than paying a low interest rate" (p 392).
