Findings Based on Two All-India Sample Surveys R Nagaraj Using two all-India sample surveys, conducted by the Reserve Bank of India and the National Small Industries Corporation, respectively an attempt has been made in this paper to understand the rate, pattern and characteristics of the growth of small scale industries in India.
