THE opposition parties, despite adjustments over most of the 48 Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra, secured only five seats. Wanting to fare better in the Assembly poll, due in two months, they are now searching for ways to diminish the Ccmgress(I)'s popularity. The Shetkari Sanghatana, which has a major advantage of being 'above polities', has now been seized upon as a new line of attack.
