Atomic Energy Scathing Indictment THE report of the Prasad Committee on the working of the Rajasthan Atomic Power Station (RAPS) has finally seen the light of day, even if in summary form. Two relatively brief news agency despatches have been carried in the national press this week, fully fifteen months after the confidential document was submitted to the government. Going by those alone, the report seems to be nothing short of the most scathing indictment of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) ever made by an official body.
