NEW DELHI-Why Product-Sharing for Bombay High

our need to keep quiet on the Soviet and the Vietnamese acts of omission or commission and the general non-aligned posture on the same. It is our understanding that the ruling elite in this country SUDports the Soviet Union for sound national reasons. It will continue to do so. At the same time, it has to project a line that our government's support either to the Soviet Union or to Vietnam is not because it shares their world view but because they are willing to back this government on some of its demands. It is a simple quid pro quo. If Indira Gandhi and her men would have projected this, they would not have been as isolated as they were in the New Delhi conference. But then perhaps it does not matter. Indira Gandhi enjoys rallies; her men enjoy them no less. It is nice to be telling some profound truths to people who do not speak English as well as you do.
