farmer's agitations in various parts of the country as being 'politically motivated', the Congress (I) has at last decided to join them; there is to be a fanner's rally in Delhi before the budget session of Parliament opens on February 18, the day on which the opposition parties supporting these agitations are scheduled to hold their rally.
