ANDHRA PRADESH Another Massacre of Tribals THE April 20 massacre of tribals at Indravelli in Adilabad district in which anything from 30 to 60 people were killed appears to have revived old memories in ruling and opinion-making circles. Recalling the good use to which the tribal-non-tribal division was put to discredit the Srika- kulam peasant revolt, the government and Press, in one voice, have started talking about innocent tribals being incited by 'extremists' to attack non- tribals, and worse still, backward tribals like the gonds being egged on to attack relatively advanced tribals like the lambadas.
