Also, the reference to the "forces of destabilisation" becoming active after the return of the Congress(I) to power has to be read with the 'warning' issued on the eve of the session during the executive meeting of the CPP which took "a serious view of party members associating themselves with the farmers' agitation in Maharashtra and Gujarat and thus, unwittingly, becoming instruments in giving a fillip to destabilisation ... Such members would be dealt with firmly".
