THE wo st thing about Time is that it has no discriminatory qualities; it heals all wound-', political or other. May be there are some wounds that ought to be left festering and bleeding and pre-served like specimens kept in bell-jars, as warnings and reminders of what a particular political system is capable of inflicting and what a single person's kist for power can lead to. "The Hood-lum Years", one can say, is a well-timed reminder.
