Cement-Catching Up with Market

Mizoram Assembly should be wholly gratifying to Brigadier Sailo, whose party, People's Conference (A), has been returned to power. The results should also be gratifying to the Central government which had gone out of its way to accommodate Brigadier Sailo during the crisis that overtook his government in October-November last by dissolving the Mizoram Assembly even though elements opposed to Brigadier Sailo were in a majority in the Assembly and were prepared to demonstrate their strength on the floor of the House.
