A Political Testament
A Political Testament If l Am Assassinated... by Zulfikar Ali Bhutto; Vikas, New Delhi,
FROM March 18, 1978 when the Lahore High Court announced its verdict in the Nawab Mohammad Ahmad Khan murder cast; sentencing Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and four others to death to the early morning of April 4, 1979 when Bhutto was hanged, he was confined in "a congested and suffocating death cell" in the Lahore and Rawalpindi district jails. It would be unfair to judge a hook written under such conditions, "with the paper held on my knees", as anything but a political testament. The book is actually two books in one.
