Much Ado about What?
Romesh Thapar WE'VE spent over a month in the Capital playing around with Charan Singh and Raj Narain. The newspapers have been full of grouses against the party President, Chandra- sekhar, his alleged factionalism and favouritism. These stalwarts (can you so describe them?) of a colourless government have never raised an issue of policy. Indeed, they seem to forget that they are ministers of the Government of India, not bosses of some private enterprise designed for their personal advancement.
