Expanding through FERA

Expanding through FERA UNION CARBIDE INDIA sees exciting investment and growth possibilities for itself in the gas and oil discoveries at Bombay High, by virtue of the technical collaboration it has with the parent American company and the location of its manufacturing facilities at Bombay. The company has submitted proposals to the Government of India indicating its interest in the Bombay High gas fractions which it is in a position to utilise with a minimum of modification of the existing equipment. In addition, the company has also made a bid for participation in setting up offshore facilities for gas separation based on the parent company's technology.
