Phillips Carbon Black

PHILLIPS CARBON BLACK is pro-moting a new company with the object of setting up a plant in UP for manu-facture of carbon black and allied pro-ducts. It proposes to invest upto Rs 40 lakhs in its equity capital. It is also participating in another new company being established in Gujarat for the manufacture of carbon black under the aegis of the Gujarat government.
