Variables in Cement Management Hansavivek BAGALKOT UDYOG, formerly called Bagalkot Cement, is being managed by a new board of directors consisting or B K Kanoria, P K Kanoria, S S Khemka, M L Apte, M N Pittie, G D Saraff, P K Khaitan and M Sachidananda Moorthy I A S, following the resignations of A P Jain, M S Hosmani, V M Chitateri, and Gajraj Singh from July 24 last and of the former managing director, J P Saxena, from August 1, G D Saraff had also resigned on July 24, but he was again appointed on October 6. The sole selling agency agreement with Shire Rishabh Investment, doing business in the name and style Shree Rishabh Vanijya', for sale and distribution of cement manufactured by the company, was terminated on July 25.
