Allahabad, promoted by D N Agrawal proposes to enter the capital market shortly with a public issue of 6.30 lakhs equity shares of Rs 10 each at par which are all underwritten by financial institutions. The proceeds of the issue will be utilised, for financing partly the company's Rs 2.47 crore project being set up at Jradatganj, Uttar Pradesh, for manufacture of 5 million sq metres per annum of sheet glass calculated on 2mm thickness by PPG process
