MOHTA ALLOYS AND STEELS is entering the capital market with an issue of 2,40,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each and 9,995 preference shares of Rs 100 each. The company is putting up a mini-steel plant at Dhandari Kalan near Ludhiana in Punjab. The installed capa-city of the plant will be 28,700 tonnes per annum and the operating capacity about 23,000 tonnes per annu
