Mounting Impatience Romesh Thapar EVENTS are moving. Two Indian journalists fly into Pakistan (one via China from Hong Kong!) and get a "loaded" interview with President Bhutto on the eve of his visit to Moscow and Indira Gandhi's trip to Dacca. Premier Kosy- gin is seen as pushing Bhutto to Delhi for talks and his over-anxiety doesn't really disturb the Pakistanis. Bhutto appeals to his people, somewhat hysterically, to give him the right to talk to Indira Gandhi. In Bangladesh, the demand builds for the handing over of some of the leading war criminals, and it is acceptable to India.
