Great but Not Wise

Whether India and Pakistan agree with her methods of internal social change or not, there can be little doubt that she has become conscious of the joint hegemony of the USA and the USSR over the world, while we have not. But before there can be any drastic rethinking about Indian foreign policy, our political system would have to become much more geared to the need for changing our own society, in which there is far too much exploitation of the poor by the rich.
