By the time this rejoinder appears in print Rudra's declaration about the UF Government in West Bengal may have been proved correct. As Rudra will surely admit, it is no sign of a sound physician to declare a patient dead in advance. He also knows, as an eminent statistician, that when declarations about everything are so liberally made, one out of the many has a fair chance of 'clicking'.
