Politicking in Top Gear Romesh Thapar INDIRA Gandhi has all the luck of the current politicking. Even as she prepares for the confrontations in the Congress Working Committee which precede the crucial battle for the AICC and the presidentship of the party, the Communist factions in Kerala have fallen out and toppled themselves from power.
