Sense on Student Unrest

Not that the developing countries would have succeeded immediately in persuading the French and the U S to agree to their stand. But the pity of it is that no convincing persuasive case has been presented even now by the developing countries to make the developed countries realise that the economic development of the developing countries should be the dominant objec tive of the world community and that all international agencies should primarily be governed by this objective.
