Bombay's Transport Problem

One of the most important effects of the rapid growth of population in Bombay City in recent years has been the emergence of an acute transport problem. This problem presents some of the most characteristic features of the problem of urban transport, made even more difficult of solution by certain peculiar geographical and historical factors.
