As Seen from CSO's Input-Output Tables V V Divatia This article seeks to present the basic framework of the input-output tables in the Central Statistical Organisation's Input-Output Transaction Tables for the Indian economy, examine some aspects of the framework as also the data and make some suggestions with a view to improving the utility of this very powerful tool for analysing the structure of the economy.
