The Accounts for the year ending 31st December, 1973 have been circulated to you in advance and, with your permission, I shall take them as read, I have to report, with deep sorrow, the death of our Director Dr Mangal- das J Shah in October, 1973. He was a Director of your Company for the last 23 years. I am sure you would all like to place on record our appreciation of his services as a member of the Board.
